The Dianis, A World In Turmoil chronicles -- novels 1 to 4 -- ushers the fans of our intrepid Dianis provincials from the first day in the Tivor stables when Achelous attempts to avoid Marisa and sneak off to Central Station (in The Foundry) to the fateful climax where Lettern squares off against Humanity's voracious enemy (in The Loch Norim).

The Owan Conspiracy series -- novels 5 to 9 -- are the sequel to the World in Turmoil. The conspiracy novels can be read in a seamless thread starting out with the first novel in the universe (The Foundry) all the way through Owan Jbar, The Erlking -- the 5th novel -- and beyond. Alternatively, new readers to the Dianis Universe can dive into the middle and start with Owan Jbar as it refreshes the world building and springs the plot forward beyond Dianis into the distant reaches of the galaxy to the planet Et Arin Four where characters who have grown, matured, and survived the trials of A World in Turmoil expose the ages old treachery of the Owan.
